SubManager collects all payments from your subscribers on our infrastructure. We handle the payment gateway, card processing, failed-payment retries, and receipts. Your subscribers pay through our hosted checkout pages.
We take 20% of every payment we collect from your subscribers. You receive the remaining 80%. If a month produces zero revenue, you owe us nothing — there is no minimum or base fee.
No. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee, no per-seat charge, and no overage. Our 20% covers hosting, payment processing, email delivery, API access, and support. One number, all in.
Payout schedules and methods are confirmed during onboarding. We support bank transfer and other standard methods. Details are discussed when you secure your account.
No. We handle all payment processing on our accounts. You do not need a Stripe account, a merchant account, or any payment gateway credentials.
No server is required. SubManager is fully hosted by us — we run all the infrastructure including the database, web server, payment gateway, and email delivery. You only need to integrate our validation API into your app.

Yes. You can register multiple products under a single SubManager account. Each product has its own plans, checkout page, and subscriber base. All revenue flows into the same payout account with a single 20% commission.
After a successful payment, SubManager automatically emails the subscriber a receipt containing their unique license key. No configuration needed on your end — we handle email delivery.
Each subscription plan carries a level — a letter A through Z. That level is encoded into every license key issued under the plan. When your app validates a key, the response includes the level so you can grant the appropriate feature tier without any extra logic.
Your app calls our validation API with the customer's license key. We return whether it's valid, the access level, and the expiry date — instantly. Full API documentation is provided after sign-up.

Yes — unlimited plans at any price points you choose. Monthly, annual, lifetime, or custom duration. Each plan can carry a different access level. The 20% commission applies equally across all plans.
Yes. Admins can create subscriptions manually from the dashboard — for beta testers, refunds, or complimentary access. Manual subscriptions are not subject to commission.
Yes. Your admin dashboard shows every subscriber, their plan, access level, key, and expiry date in real time. You can filter by app or plan and see subscriptions expiring this week.
