SubManager is fully hosted. There's nothing to install or configure on your end. Here's how it works from sign-up to first sale.
No servers required. We run all the infrastructure — database, checkout pages, payment processing, email delivery, and validation API. You only need to integrate the validation API into your app.

Once your account details are confirmed, we handle all setup on our end:
We then send you your API credentials and full documentation — including endpoint URLs, parameter details, response fields, and integration examples for your chosen language.
Add a call to our validation endpoint in your app. When a customer enters their license key, your app sends it to us along with your product identifier. We respond with whether it's valid, what level of access it carries, and when it expires.
Full API documentation with ready-to-use code samples is included in your onboarding package.
Point customers to your hosted checkout page. They choose a plan, pay, and receive their license key automatically by email. Your dashboard updates in real time.
We collect payments, deduct our 20% commission, and forward the remaining 80% to your payout account on the schedule agreed during onboarding.
