Setting Up Your Products

You don't configure anything directly — we handle all product and plan setup on your behalf. This page explains what to tell us so we can get your account ready quickly.

Nothing to install. SubManager is fully hosted. All product configuration happens on our end after you provide your requirements.

What We Need From You

When you reach out to set up your account, share the following:

1. Product Details

  • Your product's name
  • A short description (used on checkout pages)
  • Your website or app URL (optional, for checkout branding)
  • Whether you have multiple separate products that need isolated subscriber bases

2. Subscription Plans

For each plan you want to offer, tell us:

3. Access Level Mapping

Tell us what each level should mean for your app. For example:

  • A — Basic: read-only access, 5 projects
  • B — Pro: full access, unlimited projects
  • C — Enterprise: Pro + API access + priority support

This mapping lives in your app's code — we just need to know which level to assign to each plan.

4. Payout Details

Your preferred payout method (bank transfer, etc.) and how frequently you want to be paid out.

  • Your product record with its unique identifier
  • Each subscription plan with pricing, duration, and access level
  • Hosted checkout page for each plan
  • Email receipt template for subscribers
  • Your API credentials
  • Your admin dashboard access

Making Changes Later

Once your account is live, you can manage plans, view subscribers, and issue manual subscriptions yourself through your admin dashboard. For structural changes (adding new products, adjusting payout methods), contact us and we'll update your account.
