Managing Subscribers

Your admin dashboard gives you full visibility into your subscriber base and the tools to manage it — all without contacting us.

Viewing Subscribers

The Subscriptions section of your dashboard lists every subscriber across all your products. For each subscription you can see:

  • The subscriber's name and email address
  • Which product and plan they're on
  • Their access level (A–Z)
  • Their license key
  • Status: active or expired
  • The exact expiry date and time

You can filter by product, plan, or status, and see a dedicated view of subscriptions expiring this week.

Issuing Subscriptions Manually

Sometimes you need to give access without a payment — beta testers, complimentary licenses, customer service make-goods. Use the "Create Subscription" form in the dashboard to issue a key manually:

Go to Subscriptions → Create Subscription

Available from your admin dashboard under the Subscriptions section.

Choose the User and Plan

Select the subscriber and the plan you want to assign. The plan determines the access level encoded in the key.

Key is Generated Automatically

The system generates a properly encoded license key. The subscriber sees it in their account portal immediately. Manual subscriptions are not subject to the 20% commission.

Editing and Cancelling Subscriptions

From the subscription detail view, you can:

  • Extend the expiry date manually
  • Change the plan (and therefore the access level)
  • Cancel (delete) the subscription — this immediately causes validation to return false

Deleting a subscription is immediate. The next time your app validates that subscriber's key, it will return invalid. Make sure to communicate with the subscriber before cancelling.

Managing Plans

You can create, edit, and deactivate plans from the Plans section of your dashboard. Deactivating a plan prevents new subscribers from signing up for it but does not affect existing subscriptions.
